We’ve been using Proclense Valeting Services for a while now and, overall, I’ve been really pleased with the standard of work. The local Area Managers are very good – easy to deal with, supportive and quick to sort things out if needed. Most of the valeters themselves have done a great job, too. They take pride in what they do and the cars are generally turned out well, which makes a big difference to us. All in all, the service has worked well for us and I’ve been happy with the effort and commitment shown by the Account Managers and the Valeting Team.

The overall level of service that Proclense offer is of a good standard. Concerns and problems that do occur on a whole are dealt with promptly. Henry has always been helpful and supportive when challenges occur.
