Since forming in 1989, we’ve solidified our position in the marketplace as a provider of valeting, cleaning and dealership services of the highest quality.
We have grown consistently in that time and have never strayed from our value proposition: to have our service delivery led by management and exceptional working relationships.
In more recent years, we have been successfully supplying a range of additional dealership services, initially supporting our clients with added value, through combined service delivery, but expanding into a standalone area.
As of 2025, we are a truly national valeting provider, proudly supporting independent franchise groups, manufacturer-owned dealerships, and car supermarkets at more than 200 locations across England. Many of our longest-standing clients have trusted us for nearly two decades.

Dexter founded Proclense in 1989 when he saw an opportunity for a different approach to valeting through premium management and client services. Over the subsequent decades, our core ‘management-led approach’ remains the guiding principle we structure our business around today.
Russell West
Director
Russell oversees the day-to-day running of Proclense and brings a passion for business development. Over a 35-year career, he has held management positions in the Financial Services industry (Zurich and Prudential) as well as undertaken business consulting roles. In his 19 years at Proclense he has upheld and nurtured the core principles the company was built on and been the figurehead of internal and external growth.
Brad Lucas
Head of Operations
Brad has spent over 30 years in the vehicle preparation industry. His drive, understanding and commitment have seen him rise to Head of Operations and his experience is invaluable. Since taking the role, Brads significant insight into service delivery, customer expectation and operational excellence has played a key role in the growth of Proclense and continues to be a key senior leader of the company.
